Imphal, August 06: The United Kuki Liberation Front (UKLF) has rejected the allegations levelled against the Front by Lenin H Kuki, former Organisation Secretary of UKLF, who had resigned.
In a press release, Secretary, Information and Publicity, UKLF, JM Zou today said that Lenneo Haokip @ Lenin Kuki is a man without revolutionary ideas and principles. He has been working only for a month with the UKLF and judging the organisation in a few days is void. A man like him will only create disharmony and disunity in the Kuki nation, and he is a dangerous man spreading false propoganda for his personal interest, the press release said.
Therefore, other revolutionary organisations must be careful about a person like Lenin Kuki, whose sole purpose is to earn money, but not peace in the society, JM Zou said.
He further said that all revolutionary organisations work according to their own principles and ideologies for their people and their nation as a whole. Likewise, the UKLF is also working for the Kuki nation for common brotherhood, he said.
JM Zou further told this newspaper on phone that Lenin H Kuki had defected from KNA and joined UKLF just about two or three months ago saying that UKLF is the only true revolutionary party.
Having faith in his approach, the party also welcomed him into the fold of the party, Zou said adding that it was only a month ago that he was given assignments and certain responsibilities of the party.
He said, leaving the party after taking responsibilities for a period of just a month and spreading canards against the party clearly shows that he is a man who has no principles and wants to malign the reputation of UKLF.
