TB Project Coordinator for CBCI CARD
Catholic Bishopsà Conference of India Coalition for AIDS and Related Diseases (CBCI CARD) is seeking
qualified doctors to work as the State TB Project Coordinator in the North East Region (Meghalaya, Manipur and Nagaland) (1 position). The position is contractual and carries an attractive salary package, commensurate with experience.
Job Title: State TB Project Coordinator
Location: Guwahati.
Primary Functions: The State TB Project Coordinator will work to ensure implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the project in the state. S/he will be responsible for providing technical and logistical support to Catholic Health Facilities (CHFs) / partner offices in the overall implementation of the project.
Major Responsibilities
# Provide technical support to the CHFs in implementing RNTCP
# Conduct Monitoring and evaluation of the project in accordance with the RNTCP Guidelines etc..
Educational Qualifications:
# Preferably MD in Community Medicine / Diploma or Masters in Public Health.
# Outstanding MBBS candidates with substantial experience in managing National Health Programmes / experience in RNTCP will be preferred.
Compensation: Will be competitive and commensurate with professional experience.
Period of contract: 1 year renewable contract based on performance appraisal with a probation period of 6

* The WatHab Field officer is expected to have successfully completed a Civil or Water supply/Environmental Engineering degree in a reputed institution and to present a proven track record of at least 5 years in the fields of water supply, civil engineering, and project planning, estimation, budgeting and management.
* He should possess good analytical, written and oral communication skills in English, present good negotiation skills, and be able to establish trustful dialogue with his direct interlocutors.
