No. 4/TKLS/Con/2010 :The Thadou -Kuki Literature Society, Manipur Expressed it shocks and anguuished ont he untimely demised of (L) Mrs. Chinthem Kipgen, IAS retd. Commissioner, Govt. of Manipur on the midnight of 24th August 2010 due to cancer.
Late Mrs. Kipgen is a lover of literature and had extend conribution to the societ in many occassions. Infact, the
death of such rared officer among the women in the Thadou-Kuki society is irreperable lost not only to her family lines but also to the Thadou-Kuki Literature Society and the Kuki nation as a whole.
The Society also console and share the sting of pains and griefs of the bereaved family members. May, God the
Almighty, console and bless the bereaved family members and the departed soul be rest in peace in heaven.
