IMPHAL, Mar 20: All Indian Congress Committee (AICC) has taken serious note over the ‘accidental’ shooting of Advocate General N Koteshwar by Works Minister K Ranjit from the licensed gun of TD Minister DD Thaisii.
According to information received by the press, a meeting of the AICC convened few days back dis- cussed the matter seriously and even proposed for initiation of action against the two Ministers. however, no mention was made on the kind of action to be initiated.
The Chief Minister has already placed a detailed report of the incident before the AICC, the source added.
The injured Advocate General is at present undergoing treatment of bullet in- jury sustained on his shoulder at AIIMS, New Delhi.
