Note: I had a privilege to meet Pu Dr Vum Ko Hau at his residence (Luis Street,
Rangoon) on 16th January 1991. He was old age but very actively talking about his
life expedience and history. He was very proud to receive a Ph D without studying
Bachelor and Master Degrees. He gave me his short biography, this article is taken
from there. I am so sadden to hear that he passed away in 2006. I am thinking to write
