The three were identified as gang leader Kamru, Shahid and Iqbal. The other two - Shamshad and Usman - underwent an identification parade a week earlier and were identified by the 30-year-old victim.
Kamru, caught Monday night from Sohna in Haryana, told a court that he would not undergo the identification exercise.
A court Monday sent Shahid and Iqbal to two days judicial custody for their identification by the victim. Shamshad and Usman were remanded to five days of police custody.
Shamshad and Usman were arrested last week from Mewat in Haryana. Shahid surrendered in Faridabad in connection with another case and was found to be involved in the gangrape.
On Nov 23 night, the BPO staffer, a native of Mizoram, was abducted by the five men and raped in a moving vehicle.
She was seized soon after getting off the office vehicle with another woman colleague in south Delhi's Dhaula Kuan area.
The men drove off and finally dropped her at Mongolpuri in north Delhi after raping her. The other woman escaped. The crime triggered widespread protests in the capital.

Delhi health dept bats for morning-after pill for victims
The Delhi government’s health department on Thursday said the protocol for rape cases should include administering a morning-after pill to the victim so as to prevent unwanted pregnancies.
The Dhaula Kuan rape victim was not given a morning after pill after the crime, said officials at the Safdarjung Hospital — where the girl’s medical examination was conducted. The morning-after pill is a mode of emergency contraception.
On Thursday, minister for health and family welfare Kiran Walia called for better medical aid for the girl and batted for the morning-after pill.
“The protocol for rape victims should include administering them the morning-after pill. This would prevent unwanted pregnancy in the victim, which may cause her more trauma in the future,” Walia said.
“We would extend medical help and provide shelter to the Dhaula Kuan rape victim if she wants,” she added. “The pill is a good remedy to lessen the damage. Victims who become pregnant after rape face a tough time.
It would be wise to include this method in rape cases,” she said. The WHO’s “guidelines for medico-legal care for victims of sexual violence” recommends that healthcare and forensic services be provided at the same time, and by the same person, to reduce the potential for duplicating questions and further traumatising the victim.
“In rape cases, the authorities are not using appropriate technology that can help trace the culprits and help the victim recover. We want to enforce directives such as properly preserving evidence,” Walia said. The Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) called for better counselling for the Dhaula Kuan rape victim.
“She should be given better medical aid and counselling. We will meet her soon and talk to her what she wants to do now,” DCW member Reny Jacob said. Delhi Police’s deputy commissioner (South) HGS Dhaliwal said the victim is “satisfied” after two accused were nabbed and one surrendered on Thursday.
“She is happy and satisfied with the action the Delhi Police have taken,” he said.
“The victim is courageous and has assisted us a lot in nabbing the culprits.

We are on lookout for one more youth who is till absconding in the case,” the police officer said. A senior police officer said searches were on in the National Capital Region (NCR) and neighbouring states to nab the youth.
On Nov 24, the BPO staffer, a native of Mizoram, was abducted by five men and gangraped in a moving goods carrier. She was abducted soon after being dropped along with another girl, 100 metres from her home, by her office vehicle in Dhaula Kuan area of south Delhi late at night. The men then drove all the way to Mongolpuri in north Delhi and dumped her there after raping her.
The incident, which took place in Silchar in Assam on Thursday evening but came to light on Saturday. All are students of Class X and XII of a reputed college and a private secondary school.
Three of them are sons of police officers, including the personal security officer of a deputy commissioner and an MLA.
"A woman from Mizoram's Champai district was raped by ten youths, including six students, at Silchar in southern Assam late Thursday night," a police official told reporters.
Police, quoting the Mizo woman, said that she had no money to return to her home in eastern Mizoram when she unexpectedly found another Mizo woman, Malsoama Sanga, in Silchar and sought assistance.
"Malsoama took the victim to a house at the outskirts of Silchar city, where the girl was gang raped," the official said adding that the girl escaped from the place and went to the Mizoram Circuit House and informed the liaison officer about the incident.
Police arrested the seven people, including Malsoama, and are probing the incident. During interrogation, the youths admitted that they had paid Malsoama for bringing the victim to them.
The Assam Police have informed their Mizoram counterparts of the incident.

Commissioner of Police B K Gupta said two people were arrested in a raid by a team of over 300 police personnel from Mewat after they zeroed in on the gang following thorough investigations.
Out of the five men allegedly involved in the crime, two -- Shamshad and Usman -- were arrested last night, and a third -- Shahid -- gave himself up today in Faridabad. But two others -- Kangru and Iqbal -- are still at large, he said.
Gupta told a press conference that a team consisting of 15 officers of DCP and Inspector-level rank, and 300 police personnel was constituted to probe the case and nail the culprits.
The team was led by Joint Commissioner (Southern Range) Amulya Patnayak and Deputy Commissioner of Police South H S Dhaliwal.
Gupta said the victim, who fully cooperated with the police, had told them some peculiar characteristics of the vehicle in which she was abducted and this helped them trace it.
"It was a totally blind case. The culprits had left no clue, even their vehicle bore no number. Zeroing in on the main suspects was, therefore, a herculean task," Gupta said.
He said Dhaliwal had not shared all the information with the media during the investigation as that would have helped the culprits.
Dhaliwal said the crime was committed on the "spur of the moment". He said the culprits who were on the move saw the victims in their office cab after which they chased them to their place of drop.
"When they saw the two women walking towards their apartment, they abducted one while the other managed to escape," he said.
The incident had occurred at 1.10 am on November 24. The victim was abducted by the culprits while she was walking towards her rented accommodation in Moti village near Dhaula Kuan along with her colleague after being dropped by their office cab from their workplace in Gurgaon.
The commissioner said they had decided to trail the BPO cars to see whether they are dropping the girls right up to their destinations. He said they are also discussing legal provisions in this regard.
The investigation involved checking nearly 6,000 vehicles and scanning the entire Mongolpuri area, where the gangrape was committed, to scour for suspects.
He said the main accused in the case was also arrested in connection with a gangrape in 2007 in Faridabad along with his uncle and brother.

Madhu Chandra, spokesperson of the Northeast Support Centre and Helpline, said that nearly 1,000 people participated in the protest organised by the Mizo Students Union and the Mizoram Welfare Association.
Placards with slogans like 'Delhi Police Act Now!' and 'Justice should be given to the victim' were held by the protesters.
They demanded that the BPO company where the victim worked be booked for inadequate safety measures for its employees.
Asin Kinimi, a student from Nagaland, said: ''Our focus should primarily be to keep the pressure on the authorities and Delhi Police. Only then promises will be kept. In this gangrape case, we have to keep demanding speedy justice for things to actually materialise.''
They submitted a memorandum to the PM seeking compensation for the victim under the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities Act).
''Students from the northeast who live in Delhi are often subjected to harassment and discrimination because of the way they look.
But unfortunately, despite cases of sexual harassment, authorities do very little except making lofty promises,'' Chandra said.
Describing the incidents of harassment of girls and women as ‘sexual terrorism’, the protesters belonging to Delhi Mizo Students’ Association, Mizo Welfare Association and Mizo Christian Fellowship, Delhi alleged that the country has been brought to shame by this heinous sexual violence against women in the national capital.
A 30-year-old woman was picked up by five men from Dhaula Kuan and gangraped after forcing her into a tempo. The Delhi Police has released stretches of two suspects, while one was picked up from neighbouring Haryana.
Association Vice President K L Biakchungnunga said that every year a lot of students from northeast come to Delhi and most of them are students.
“The government should take necessary steps to make capital safe for people of every community,” he said.
The students association along with Mizo Welfare Associations and Mizo Christian Fellowship, Delhi will be jointly submitting a memorandum to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in this regard.

We are writing to you with deep distress about the plight of tribal women, especially those from the North Eastern States who are living and working in National Capital Region and Delhi. Thousands of educated girls from Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Assam and Arunachal Pradesh who had come to work in Call Centers and IT sectors in these cities are facing racial discrimination and sexual assault. They live in small groups, and are often alone, which becomes a soft target for harassment in their residence and workplace. The North East Support Centre & Helpline was founded in New Delhi four years ago by concerned groups to assist such girls who are in distress and in danger of physical and psychological harm.
We seek your urgent attention on the recent shocking incident of a Gurgaon based BPO employee 30 years old girl from Mizoram state. She was kidnapped and gang raped in a moving vehicle at Motibagh ring road on midnight of November 23, 2010. The incident has shocked the nation and panic has spread among working women, particularly young girls from North East India who used to return back home late night from work. This is not the first incident nor will be last when such incidents are continuously ignored and left without proper investigation.
Considering this recent incident and same incident happened in the same locality in 2005, and the unprecedented racial/gender-based violence meted to the people of North East India living in Delhi, North East Support Centre & Helpline sees the need that serious and concrete steps should be taken up by the law enforcing agencies. Therefore, North East Support Centre & Helpline demands the following from your good office:
1. Special Helpline for North East communities should be set up immediately, headed by not lower than a range of Deputy Commissioner Police, preferably from North East region.
2. There should be special Night Police Patrolling in all the prone areas of racial/sexual-based violence. The areas identified by North East Support Centre & Helpline are Murnika, Mahipalpur, Nanakpura, Motibagh, Mohamadpur, Khanpur, Sarojini Nagar, New Friends colony, Defense Colony in South Delhi, North Delhi Campus, Nehru Vihar, Gandhi Vihar in North Delhi and Sikhanderpur in Gurgaon. Setting up of special night police patrolling in these areas will not only prevent racial/gender-based violence face by people from North East India, but will also ensure safety to all the working women who are returning late at night from workplace.
3. CCTV cameras must be installed in the above mentioned prone areas to nab the culprits.
4. A white paper on actions taken by Delhi police on crimes committed against people from North East India in Delhi and NCR which were registered in various police stations should be produced.
5. The BPO Company at Gurgaon where victim was working must be booked for failing to provide safety measurement to night working woman.
6. Hostel for North East working women in Delhi and NCR
7. Victim belongs to a tribal community of Mizoram and therefore, the culprits should be booked under suitable sections of IPC and SC/ST Atrocity Prevention Act 1995.

The Minister, who visited the rape victim, on Thursday told this newspaper that his Ministry was closely working with Delhi Police and working out ways to ensure safety and security of the employees engaged in the BPO sector.
The Police have constituted 15 Special Investigation Teams to look into this case and they have informed that they have sufficient clues to nab the culprits within two to three days.”
The Ministry is also going to write to the State Governments of Haryana and Uttar Pradesh to take up the issue with the BPO industry.
The Mizo girl was forcibly picked up minutes away from her home, when she was returning from work at around 1.15 am early this week.
Handique said the incident may not have occurred, had the BPO Company, where the two girls worked bothered to follow the guidelines. The women employees are to be accompanied by a guard and vehicle was required to wait till the girls entered home.
“I take exception to the conduct of the BPOs. The responsibility of the safety of the employees ultimately lies with the BPO Companies. However, it is very disheartening to notice that there is no compliance on their part at all. The BPO Companies must follow the guidelines issued by the Police from time to time,” he said.
At the same time, Handique has convened a high level meeting between the Police Heads of NCR including Gurgaon, the Resident Commissioners of the eight North Eastern States, and senior officials from the Ministry of DoNER next week.
After the deliberations in the meeting, Handique will meet the Union Home Minister and the Chief Minister of Delhi to apprise them about the scenario of the safety of working women of the North Eastern Region working in NCR.
The action plan worked out included measures like proper verification of antecedents of drivers employed by the BPO companies, installation of GPS on all vehicles, women Employees should not travel alone with cab drivers and should not be the last one to be dropped.
Meanwhile, BJP North East Sampark Cell (NESC) led by senior party leaders such as party spokesperson Nirmala Sitharaman today staged a demonstration at the Jantar Mantar, protesting against the ever growing incidents of molestation and rape of women from the North East in the national capital.
Addressing the protesters, Sitharaman demanded that the Union Home Ministry convene an emergency meeting and assure people of the North East that their children studying and working in Delhi were safe. She said the party would raise in Parliament the issue of their safety.
Meanwhile, Kumar Deepak Das, AGP MP has written to the Prime Minister about an incident, when a cultural group, which had come to perform at the International Trade Fair, were looted by a group of armed miscreants at Paharganj on the night of November 19.
Meanwhile, S K Bwiswmutriary MP has also condemned the incident of rape and called on the people of North-east living in the capital region to unite and fight against the menace.
The victim, aged 30 years, was returning from her workplace in Gurgaon and walking towards her rented accommodation in Moti village near Dhaula Kuan along with her colleague when three-four men forced her into their vehicle.
The incident took place around 1.30 am and her friend could not stop the men from taking her away. She immediately informed the police but before they could arrive, the men fled from the scene with the woman.
About an hour later, the victim contacted Mongolpuri police station and claimed that she was gangraped and dumped her there. She claimed that the men took turns to rape her.
The victim told police that she could not identify the culprits or remember the vehicle number, the sources said.
A case has been registered, police said.

Rape victim’s colleague had a lucky escape
New Delhi, Nov 24 : On the day when Delhi Police chief B K Gupta announced to secure Delhi University by deploying predominantly female police personnel at Maurice Nagar police station, yet another woman working for a BPO was allegedly kidnapped and gang raped on in the early hours of Wednesday. The police said that
the men even tried to abduct her female colleague who got down with her, however she managed to escape. The incident happened in Dhaula Kuan area in south Delhi when the 30-year-old Manipuri woman returned from work. The victim and her friend work for a Gurgaon-based BPO company.
According to police, the incident happened at around 12.30 am when the victim was dropped along with her colleague on the Ring Road in Dhaula Kuan by the cab driver. “While she was walking back, five men kidnapped her in their Tata pick-up truck and drove her towards Mangolpuri in outer Delhi. She was raped and then dumped in an unconscious state. She contacted the police on re-gaining consciousness,” said HGS Dhaliwal, deputy commissioner of police (south).
According to police, the men might have been in an inebriated state. The woman was dumped in an unconscious state by the accused. The victim then called up the police when she regained consciousness, the police said.
“As she was abducted from Dhaula Kuan, a case was registered in south Delhi. We have recorded her statement and are looking for the accused in the matter,” added Dhaliwal.
The victim was raped in the moving car and also in Mangolpuri before she was dumped at around 1.30 am an hour after she was kidnapped, said the police, adding, the woman who apparently escaped went to the aunt of the victim and told her. Even they called the police and informed them about the incident.
The police had started the man hunt soon after receiving the call from the victim’s colleague and later corroborated after getting a call from the victim, which helped in tracing the victim.
A case of kidnapping and gang rape has been registered in the matter.
In a similar incident in the same area, a 20-year-old Delhi University student, hailing from Mizoram, was abducted on May 8, 2005, at around 2.15 am. The victim was walking back home from Dhaula Kuan after buying food from a roadside eatery. She was raped by four men in a moving car. One of the accused, who was caught, was sentenced to 14 years imprisonment by a city court.
According to Delhi Police, the cab driver who was supposed to drop her in front of her house dropped her on the Ring Road with her colleague.
The police said that the cab driver used to do this on a regular basis as he claimed that maneuvering the vehicle was difficult in the lane she lived. The police said that they are questioning the cab driver as well.
