The incident shocked the entire Kuki community for Dr Singsit is an honest, upright and dedicated Government official who is an asset to the people of Manipur, said a joint press release issued by Kuki Inpi Manipur and KSO General Hqs. The incident was also barbaric as it was done at a time when the family of Dr Singsit was mourning the demise of their mother.
