Book on "Kuki Society: Past, Present and Future" launched

Imphal, Nov 30: A book entitled ‘Kuki Society: Past, Present, Future’, a publication of Kuki Research Forum has been released at Hotel classic, today on the occasion of 78th birth anniversary of (L) Pu Dr TS Gangte.

The book release function was graced by the pre- sence of Kuki Inpi Manipur president Thangsei Haokip and Prof Laldena of Mani-pur university’s History Department as the chief guest and president respectively.

President of Dr TS Gangte Memorial Trust Dr Priyadarshini M Gangte was also present as the guest of honour.

Speaking at the occasion, All Manipur Christian Organisation president Rev S Prim Vaiphei informed that the book is a compilation of presentations by various resource persons in a seminar held at Churachandpur district headquarters.
