1. The State Level Kut Committee (SLKC), maipur extends its best wishes and warm regards to the people of Manipur in general and the KUT celebrating tribes in particular on the auspicious occasion of KUT, our Harvest Festival which is being celebrated at different places in the state on 1st November 2010.
2. To facilitate movement of different cultural troupes, artistes and participants, each and every organisation/group is fervently requested not to call any kind of strike/bandh in any part of the state that would restrict movement of participants and hamper smooth conduct of the Festival.
3. Since it is not possible to extend invitation individually, the SLKC further requests one and all to join us in the state level KUT celebration at 1st Bn Manipur Rifles Ground, Imphal.
