November. 2010 with an advance payment of Rs. 2000/- per stall.
MEDIA CREDENTIAL REQUEST FORM
Mo.6/SLKC/2010: It is informed to all media houses/outlets to apply for media credential in the following prescribe format on a plain paper to the undersigned on or before 23rd October. 2010 along with the following documents:
1. A letter of assignment from the media outlet(s) they represent on the outlet’s official letterhead.
2. Photo identification ( photo copy).
3. A Passport Photo.
Please be advised slkc reserves the right, in its sole judgment, to reject requests for media credentials for any or no reason and no media representative will be allowed entry without the media credential.
